Our commitment

We strive to ensure that Skillhouse Masters is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and voice control.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features and content before release and address reported barriers as promptly as practicable.

Conformance status

This website aims for and achieves conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for public-facing content. WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements for contrast, keyboard access, focus visibility, semantic structure, form labels, and other success criteria.

Fully conformant:Public pages on this site and the participant player dashboard at /portal/dashboard conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This statement covers marketing, registration, authentication, support pages, and the authenticated player dashboard available to participants without operator privileges. The operator and administrative portal at /portal/admin is explicitly excluded from this statement's scope and is reviewed separately.

Supported environments

We test with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and commonly used assistive technologies. Older browsers or unsupported configurations may not provide the full intended experience.

Assessment approach

Skillhouse Masters assessed the accessibility of this website by the following approaches:

• ESLint jsx-a11y rules on public page components (zero reported errors as of last review)
• Manual keyboard navigation review of header, footer, forms, and key user flows
• Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes on public pages, where appropriate for structure and assistive technology support
• Automated axe-core regression testing of the participant player dashboard at /portal/dashboard via a dedicated fixture route in CI

This statement was prepared as part of our WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility program. It will be updated when significant changes are made to the site or to our conformance status.
